New Government guidance for dealing with anti social neighbours in private housing

The Government has recently published ‘Anti Social Neighbours in Private Housing’; a guide that outlines the legal position and available remedies for people who find themselves living next door to tenants of private landlords or owner-occupiers who exhibit anti-social behaviour.
