What information is collected from you?

The Crime Prevention Website does not capture or store any personal information about individuals who browse this Website except when you voluntarily choose to give us your personal details via email or register to receive the Newsletter, register to use the Public or Private Forums, complete a Feedback form or an Advertiser' form or enter one of our competitions, which we run from time to time. Email addresses collected during the completion of our Home Security Survey Application are only used to send the respondent their free security report and security assessment score and are never used again for any purpose. Information about Website use is collected using Cookies.

How is the information about you used?

The information about you is used to send you Newsletters (which may contain references to products and services being advertised on the Website), respond to any Feedback form or Advertiser's Form you may have submitted, to manage your Public or Private Forum account, reply to your email or manage your advertisement.

Save for those placing advertisements, The Crime Prevention Website does not share your personal information with any other persons, companies or traders for any purpose.  Should we wish to use your personal data for any other purpose we would only do so having first asked for and received your consent.  Neither will we disclose your personal data to State Institutions or other Authorities unless required to do so by law or court order.
