The Crime Prevention Website

I’ve just a nice surprise!  I was looking at my recent referrals to the website and came across this referring document produced by the Residential Landlords Association. I’ve had several visits since it went live on 25th June and it was a surprise, because I didn’t know they had done it.

Basically, this short online reference guide for landlords has a small section in it for security and the RLA have recommended people come to my website – how nice of them!

I’ve dropped them a line to say thank you and have added a reference to the document and their main website from my Library and the Partners page.

I’m also writing this short blog to give them a little promo in return.

The Residential Landlords Association is the leading voice for landlords in England & Wales. The name dates from 1998 but their roots and experience go back decades to make us the UK’s first national landlord association. Owned and trusted by their members, they represent over 18,000+ landlords with a combined portfolio of more than 150,000 properties.

If you are a landlord and would like to know what you can do to make your tenants secure and safe can I recommend you take a look at this document and also browse the pages on this site.  Any further security you can provide your tenants I know would be greatly appreciated.
